Grótta
Edit SpotAbout
It's a bit of a paddle probably about 2-300 metres. The ligthouse area at the north end of the reef is protected bird reserve in May to the end of June so be careful (there should be no problems surfing the break during that time, just approach from the beach or from the south.

When in Reykjavik head out as far west as possible (look for Seltjarnarnes). You will end up at the Grótta Lighthouse or the golf club. The break will be visible from the parking lot.
