Guaecá

About

I usually go there when Maresias is over and also Paúba.

Additional Info:
Depending on the direction of the swell, you can paddle in a chanel near the rocks, very safe and easy. This spot is requested when the swell is too big in other beaches like Maresias and Paúba, the best waves in this part of coast. You can catch a good one and go all the way to the beach(sand) if you want. Very long in some days. In those big swells there is a rocky bottom that breakes in the right corner offering a big drop wave, a little bit fat, but very long, some waves make good tubes in the inside.

2:30 hours from São Paulo, in the north coast road, after Maresias about 20 minutes by car. In this coast, all the beaches are easy to find, because the road surround the sea. You can park in the right corner very easily, and go walking to the corner in less than 5 min.
