i think it is the best spot of katwijk and noordwijk togheter.
Atmosphere:
never crowded only when it's good weather in summer time (lots of germans(nonsurfers))
Additional Info:
you can park your car at the place where i siad before and the spot useally breaks better than other spots in katwijk when it's low tide you should go to the right break and when it is hi tide go to the left

if you drive down the boulevard to the north (direction: dunes) you'll go over a bridge ( uitwatering) and if you drive over it you'll see the break on your left, if you drive straight thru you have a really big parkingplace where you can park.
