There is almost always something to ride here. When it's working out of the ESE for a few days and then the wind backs off it's unreal.

Atmosphere:
Pretty chill. Just be respectful of the locals. you will know who they are instantly.

Additional Info:
Be careful when it gets over head. Idf you get caught inside, just relax and keep duck diving until the sets have gone through.
