Manzanillo
Edit SpotAbout
The atmosphere in this spot is magical. The water is crystal clear and you can see colorful fish swimming under you. The jungle is very dense and is right on the beach. THe feeling of isolation is exciting and intriguing. THis is one of the most beautiful areas in CR.
Additional Info:
Ask some of the locals in puerto viejo on how to paddle in. There are some channels that you can take. My advise is to wear booties. The reef is razor sharp.

Drive all the way to Gandoca National Park in Manzanillo. Park your car and follow the trial up the park for 1.5km. The trail will end and you will have to hike through the jungle next to the beach. You will know when you are there. You will see a perfect wave peeling.
