North Wall Mackay Harbour Beach

Edit Spot

Makes a good change from other southern crowded spots

Additional Info:
Surf at northwall is regular and it needs to be blowing about 25/30 knots+ from the se and wait 12 to 24 hrs for development of good swell.
When it does it there are good waves on on the incoming tide 30 mins after top and minor flow changes can cause little barrels on the inside to develop and better size can be found by moving 150mts up the beach. Ground swell will occur after a good blow on early mornings provided wind strength is occuring overnite. Cyclone swell is the most awaited event as all surf spots in Mackay fire.

The spot is in Mackay Qld Follow Harbour rd straight to the working side of the harbour turn left at spiller ave and follow all the way to the beach car park caution in the wet as car park is not sealed and does fill with water 20m walk to beach
