Huge beach, about 7 miles long, but avoid extreme ends which have estuaries and sandbars
Additional Info:
Parking in Country Park - fee to enter, plenty of parking about 200 yards from beach. Works only for about 2 hours preceding high tide, often a W to E cross current. Good beginners beach, rips rare at center of beach. More details Google Pembrey Beach. Good facilities here
