Pena Rosa
Edit SpotAbout
Well worth the walk. Yet another quality wave in this extremely wave-rich area.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is usually pretty good, as it is not as 'hard core' as some spots in the area - and is a little less accessible!
Additional Info:
This is mostly a left hand point break which works best on low-mid tides. A right is sometimes ridable.

Go to the settlement of Santa Rosa and park as far south as possible. Walk south past the dry river-bed and 'El Huayco' and continue to the first point. If you go to far you'll round the headland (Penascal) and see the bay of Playa Norte (San Bartolo)
