You can park your car right in front of the wave, its very close to Lobitos, and El Hueco.

Driving north on Panamerican Highway,take a dirt road towards Lobitos Town area (km 1104 after bridge over "Quebrada Honda"
There are lots of junctions (oil field area) but follow only the signs to Lobitos.
Once at Lobitos (you will see a old Military base there turn right).
You will find a point break inside the base, you will have to ask permission in the gate.
