About

Playa Miramar is a secluded, little fishing village on the west coast of Nicaragua. It is about a 2 hour drive from Managua and about 40 minutes from the old city of Leon. The local community here is extremely friendly and close. It is one of the safest areas to be in Central America. Spend a week here and you will get to know a lot of the local community and surfers, who will happily teach you about the local breaks. If you're looking for an escape and a unique cultural experience, you will not find a better place than Playa Miramar.
