Punta Baja
Edit SpotAbout
best to surf it during a NW or south west swell, It gets better in afternoon and the winds will be offshore, make sure to bring a longboard. The swells roll in for a long time, you can see them rollin in for a long time....not very good at low tide, kelp.

enter el rosario, make right at the first mercado, then make left at first dirt road, go over stream,(there is a make shift bridge) then procedd west. when you reach the village keep going west untill you see a radar tower on hill, you will see a sign that says Punta Baja. make left. always keep towards the right. other wise you will end up in punta carlos. As you arrive to the beach you should be south of the point. this is perfect camp set up. on cliffs and there is a stair way down to beach.
There is a guy named carlos hernadez, he lives at the point, he loved to trade his ocean catches for your beer.he water is cold and the winds kick in pretty hard, offshore. so have warm close for night.good luck surfing...its not a bid deal but a fun deal...
