Hard to believe such a good left is in this area. Shallow bottom!

Rarely breaks, but fires when on. Park at Daulpin Island Pier.

Take Daulphin Island Parkway from I-10 to Daulpin Island. Once you get to Daulphin Island the road will come to a T. Take a right at the stop sign. Travel 1/4 mile and cross a small bridge. Keep going until you see parking for the pier. Park in pier parking and walk to the pier. Walk or Paddle across the channel(channel may be filled in with sand and island maybe attached to Daulphin Island now), and walk 1/4 mile down Sand Island.
