Look out for Buoys, they are there. a few rips, not to bad. dont look like terrorists, you can go there legaly but they check your car.

Go into Downtown SAn Luis and ask for directions to Los Osos. Go to Russian River Ave.(off of Central) and go east until you see a sign that reads "Mantano De Oro" go to the park and when you get to the windy part of the road with lots of Eucalyptus trees, take a left on the PG&E utility road(it is labeled) its about 3 more miles and you will see big cement collumns, these store Nuclear waste go anothe 1/2 mile, and park at the North lot of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power plant. Then walk north about 150 yards, and, BINGO!
