Pebble Beach [Nantucket Island]

Edit Spot
About

This is the most eastern spot you can surf on nantucket. Its not the best it can be a bitch to pattle all the way out when its working because it breaks on the outer deep water sand bar, its got rocks and remnence of the old military base in the water. Because its usually better and not as dangerous. It only gets better when the conditions are just right and that is probly only a half a dozen times a year and still the sham and nobs are going off. So go to one of the other spots unless its nessesary to surf here wich isnt often.

Atmosphere:
There is no one surfing or most of the time even on the beach most people tend to go down the beach to shamy due to the strong rips and cement blocks rocks and rebarb.

Additional Info:
You can park in the park parking lot at the go-cart track or at the small sand lot. You need to watch out for the big rip and look at all the dangers and were they are before you get in so you dont drop in onto a piece of cement. Itook a wave in one time and on the drop in two feet from me was a hudge peice of cement with rebarb sticking out.
