You will rarely see anyone here. Very, Very few people know about this spot. Its very fun to take a boat off of Gooches Rock beach and ride straight to the island about 1/2 of a mile and anchor your boat and paddle into one of the best waves in Maine. Most amazing surf spot in Maine.

park by goose rocks beach and walk about a mile down the beach.
or kayak because it is an island off of Gooches Rock Beach. Bring anchor to anchor the boat about 200 meters away from the break so then you could jump right in and paddle to the break.
