Timber Island
Edit SpotAbout
You will rarely see anyone here. Very, Very few people know about this spot. Its very fun to take a boat off of Gooches Rock beach and ride straight to the island about 1/2 of a mile and anchor your boat and paddle into one of the best waves in Maine. Most amazing surf spot in Maine.
Additional Info:
The pictures shown are not of Timber Island. Check out the pier (in the background) in one of them. This is Prouts Neck. (Also a great wave.)
